Foods to prevent aging

All foods that are related to the prevention of age, are foods that make up the healthy food pyramid. (And we had a secret hope that they will have cookies and candy.) These age prevent food free radicals, destroy cancer causing carcinogens, helping to stabilize blood sugar, helps to lower bad cholesterol, helps to maintain healthy blood pressure levels and is packed with great will of vitamins that our bodies need. Many of the foods that prevent aging is really stinky food.

These foods, which has been shown in studies to prevent aging include: olive oil, cantaloupe, mangoes, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, apricots, cranberries, citrus fruits (limes, lemons, grapefruits, oranges, kiwi fruit), guava, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, squash, yogurt, apples, strawberries, grapes, cherries, oat bran (Remember your morning cup of oatmeal), green tea, garlic, chives, Chalons, onions, tuna, salmon, mackerel (not holy mackerel), sardines, salmon, soy products.
